Reach the Singapore Airlines Home page or Mobile App.
On the Home page, navigate through the Login options.
You can choose the KrisFlyer Password Reset option.
Fill in the registered Email ID on which you will receive the Reset Password link for KrisFlyer accounts.
Open the link from the registered Email ID and create a new password using the Uppercase, Lowercase, and numbers.
When your Password Reset procedures are completed, you can log in to your accounts again with new Password to access the KrisFlyer Miles program.
